Custom Service Order Form Problems
Right now if you type in the Printer ID # it fills in the Serial #, Manufacturer and Model. What I need to do is fill in the Serial # and based off of the it fills in the Printer Manufacturer and Model. Below is the list of record types and fields within those record types. These fields are listed in a custom tab on a custom sales order form. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
