Navigation Portlet has flipped out

I've almost finished building a web store for our business's.  For some reason The navigation portlet is looping it self and generating 3 instances of itself

http://www.unistor.com.au. You will see the navigation portlet on the left is causing me some real greif.


The last thing I did before it started going crazy… was to change the settings at the bottom of the website Theme form.

Navigation Top-Level Links (All Tabs)
Navigation Show Subcategories (checked)
Navigation Show Items (checked)

As soon as I did this, it started flipping out and wont revert back to the original state of 1 navigation portlet.
