Custom Checkout
When will NetSuite unlock the checkout so that we can customize it?
Even though the checkout is not too bad, there is a lot that can be done including a one page checkout that is commonly being used with great conversion results. Merchants need to have as much flexibility so that they can experiment. If a customer puts and item into the shopping cart but cannot easily check out even though it is obvious for you and I, it does not help we did not get the sale; we may have even lost since it cost us advertising dollar to come to our site.
