Want to show Item Price excluding VAT

Hello Friends,
I wanted to show the item price excluding and including VAT.

Can this setting be based on subsidiary.
I mean one subsidiary showing with TAX and one without on the same domain.

Is there a configuration (i am sure there must be) which i am not able to find in the help pages.
