Needing someone to help with Webstore.

I own a performance parts business and I am needing some assistance in getting a webstore up and running.

I would like someone to do a fare bit of work, but also be willing to teach me so I can keep the site updated.

If there are any recommendations they would be greatly appreciate it.  Not looking for a free ride, but am looking to pay someone to teach me some things and help us build an integrated webstore that is easy to navigate.
