Problem with 'Re-order'

Hello, newbie post so please excuse me if I have put this in the wrong thread.

We have been operating a netsuite web store for about 20 months which is only available to a closed network of about 290 customers. Last week I updated the customer centre and activated the 're-order' facility. On out test account it works fine but the order history is only accounts for about 200 products.

Many of our customers are into the thousands for their order history so Netsuite times out and shows an error as follows:

error tag substitution results too large
tag substitution sequence


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
