Website Designer Recommendation

Hi,

I am looking for a designer to redesign my website. Here is my current website:
  www.smartechconsulting.com

The site is too shopping focused and it looks very unprofessional. I would like it to have a desgin similar to my competitors:
  www.berkcom.com
  www.teksavers.com
  www.bizi.com

Can someone recommend a designer who is up to the job? (NOT gproxy, which charged me top $$$$ to design such a site a few years ago)
