Failover solutions
following on from our crippling issues today with a dedicated server:

does Netsuite use any sort of failover system? I would presume not but surely the cost would be negligable compared to the potential losses incurred by customers when their complete business goes down for hours on end.
A quick google search found this:

surely it would not be too much to ask to put something like this in place so that even if internally we were screwed at least to the outside world it would look like we were still in business?
