What to do when a defect is given a S priority and it's not resolved?
What is the next step if Netsuite has found a defect on their software, a priority code has been assigned to it, but it has not been fixed?
Defect 146339: (Current attribute 'sitecategory' not working properly) was given a S2 priority on June 17, 2008. Currently it has been over 60 days with no resolution.
As per Netsuite:
Targets for Defect Resolution:
* S1 = Average of 5 days to release.
* S2 = Average of 60 days.
* S3 = Average of 120 days.
We would like to know if there is anything else to do so Netsuite can complete solving this defect. Thank you
