Paymentech/Netsuite Issue Capturing Orders
Many of our customers have been receiving error messages when they are trying to use a credit card/debit card to checkout that requires them to resubmit their order several times before Netsuite is able to successfully create a sales order. All of the submissions are being seen in Paymentech as successful credit card authorizations. We are having to deal with much confusion with our customers as they try to figure out if the orders are going through and see more than a single authorization to their credit cards or debit cards.
