I have made a custom customer centre.

I have created links for:
[LIST]
[*]Change email or password
[*]View purchase history
[*]Create a case with support
[*]View support cases
[*]Live help (10am-6pm 7 days ex. Public Holidays)[/LIST]I need a link to the Subscription Centre

I can't seem to figure out the url for it - anyone care to offer it up?
