Action Required: An Important Message Regarding Your Website Domain Names

This is a friendly reminder of the requirement to change your Website Domain configuration.

In May 2008, NetSuite changed network providers to better support our growing customer base. Customers using the recommended CNAME redirects were unaffected by this change. For customers who are using A-Record redirects, we have been redirecting your website to the new IP address on your behalf to minimize the impact of the change to your site. However, as we mentioned in our previous communication, we would like to urge you to update your domain names to use CNAME redirect or to redirect to our new IP address immediately upon receiving of this message.
