Two "Add to Cart" buttons causes error?

I tried place 2 "Add to Cart" buttons inside of a "Web Site Item/Category Template".  One Button at the top of the page, and one at the bottom of the page.  I can't seem to get them to work.  If just the one is on there, it works fine.  But with both buttons, I keep getting an error and it doesn't allow me to add an item to the cart from clicking either button.

Another thing I can't seem to add on this page is the Dense List Add to Cart button.  I can't seem to get the "code" right.
