URL not passing appended values to online forms?

I have a saved search with a "Register" link that points to an online form. I have appended values to the URL to in order to capture values on the form. However when a customer is logged in, the apended values arn't passed and it seems to be because of the NLVisitorId appended to the URL. Also noticed if I change the NLVisitorId the data is passed to the form.

Why is the NLVisitorId value causing the appended values not to be passed??? Anyone run into this?
