You can define keywords for items so they show up in the global searches standard portlet from our web page for our customers, but don't see where you can define them for documents that might be down loadable from your web site (located in our filing cabinet). Has anyone found a work around for this? These documents live in various places on our web site -- some under categories and other are data sheets located with image links from the detailed description pages of inventory items.
