Ideas for NL TAG that works client or contact recipient
I have a custom record attached to client. I have an on-line form associated with this record. I need to e-mail my client the on-line form and have the response stored back in the custom record.
The NLTAG I am using the get the record out and back is <NLENTITY>.
Problem:
If I send the e-mail with the client as the recipient it all works perfectly.
If I send the e-mail with a contact as the receipient then (I presume) this changes the NLENTITY and the on-line record cannot find its way back to Netsuite.
How can I make it work robustly, as asking users not to change the recipient has not worked.
