USPS priority mail and first class showing up for International

We have USPS rates for priority and first class (domestic) and priority international for international orders. The domestic rates do not show up for UK and Canada but noticed that it shows up for France and Italy and possibly many other countries which we will find out later when we get orders.
This makes international customer select domestic rates due to low shipping rates and it becomes hard for us to do the manual checks and get the rest of the money from them.

Just want to inform other websites using USPS rates for international orders. I hope netsuite would give top priority and fix this ASAP
