PayPal orders at our website
For most of our orders where a customer uses PayPal they show up as "pending" with a transaction ID and when I go to my PayPal account the order is there too. BUT, for several of them they show up as "Sales Order Pending PayPal" in Netsuite, but there is no PayPal transaction ID and when I go to my PayPal account there is no transaction there. How does this happen? One customer told me she thought the transaction went thru fine? Can the customer be "bailing out" before clicking "submit" yet the order still gets to NetSuite ???
