Image Resizing Setup Height/Width incorrectly labeled?

Did a bunch of tests and it appears that in Setup >> Web Site >> Image Resizing, the Max Hight and Max Width is labeled incorrectly.

Anyone else check this? Just wanted to highlight to others, will file a case with NS.
