SEO and Multiple Languages through NetSuite

Could someone please advise me on any best practices they have regarding multiple languages on Netsuite. Specifically, I'm trying to understand how do the search engines handle text in other languages on Netsuite websites.
When I do the sitemap, should I have different URLs for the other language my website is in (Spanish)? These are not canned translations but thought out, research translations and I want to make the full use of this ability.
Are there unique URLS for the content that's displayed in different languages on a Netsuite website? Specifically, taking our company's website (www.praxtel.com) is there a different URL that is/can be associated with the content in Spanish versus English?
