Cannot Create Published Lead Form!!
We need to publish a lead form to our netsuite generated web site.
In a small business account you can navigate to Lists > Web Site > Publish Forms > New.
You then choose Customer as the form type and enter the name of the form.
Next you have to select a cstomer form to publish.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM. There is NO place in a small business account to create that form!!
If you read the field level help it says:
Create new customer forms at Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Forms > New.
That path does not exist in small business. There is no place to create the form! NetSuite has given us the ability to publish a form, but not to create one. Support says that is "as designed"...WHAT?!?!
