customize "Review and Submit Your Order" step form/fields?

Don't remember what Transaction Form controls what fields are displayed at the "Review and Submit Your Order" step when in the website Checkout.

I know that I can add fields to this step, because I did at one point. However I don't remember which Transaction Form controls this.

Was wondering if someone could point me towards the right direction
