Customize Customer Center?

Hi there,

I'm very new to NetSuite so I apologize if this has been asked before.  My company would like to add new links to the Customer Center for our customers to download product images, how should I approach that?  Does it involve coding or is it something that can be done through the existing features in NetSuite?

Thanks a lot.  I need this rather urgently... hopefully I'll have some clues by this weekend...
