Google Analytics, Funnel question

Hi guys, I have a question regarding the goal funnel.

I have created a goal for the checkout process, starts on the shopping cart and finish on the thank you page.

So far this is working fine, but looking at the funnel visualization I have these visits number showing  at the Payment Method page, which I am not very sure about.

This is what I get:

Let's say 100 visits access the shopping cart, and start the checkout process, after following next steps, 50 visits enter the payment method page from previous funnel pages.

On the other hand, in the payment page, I see 70 entrances to that page, summing a total of 120 visits at the payment page.
