Trueship

in Web Site / E-Commerce

i have been using TrueShip w. another ecommerce platform and am now moving onto Netsuite.

i like trueship (especially the integrated labels) and would like to continue to use it.  however, I cant get the integration complete and the problem appears to be on the netsuite side.

is anyone using the 2 products together?  is there some setting i am missing?
