Affiliate Management Plug-in Referral Needed

Our company has been using Netsuite as eCommerce host since May, 2008.  We recently hired an internet advertising agency which has sent us this request and feedback regarding Netsuite's limitations in the area of affiliate management.  I'd appreciate any users feedback as to their experience and or suggestions as to how we should proceed.  I will also share what we learn with the user community.  Please see the message below.  I can be reached at:

"...the affiliate management system Netsuite currently markets is actually just their partnership tracking system, the same system that you would use to monitor and track partners/distributors sales and reporting.  This system is unfortunately not very robust and contains only very limited reporting statistics, tracking capabilities (i.e. tracking visitors from affiliate site to purchase on our Netsuite hosted eCommerce site), cookie tracking and other important affiliate management tools that we would need to be able to manage affiliates efficiently.  We could probably use their system with less sophisticated affiliates, but for our purposes in terms of attracting high traffic websites and
