Dynamic Groups Access to Website Tabs
We have created a dynamic group for our wholesale customers based on price level. We use this dynamic group to allow access to a restricted tab on our website. When adding new customers to the group, they cannot access this tab immediately, but must wait until the following day...
From NetSuite Help Center:
"When you publish a tab or category to a dynamic group using the Audience subtab of the tab or category record, the tab or category’s audience is updated nightly based on the criteria for the group."
We need this process to happen much faster so that new customers can access that tab on the same day. Please increase the frequency of this update schedule to every one or two hours.
