Timeouttimer.jsp error "opener Is Null" upon web store login
I should probably just open a case with Netsuite about this, but has anyone else run into this issue:
I log into my web store, and since I have Firebug set to debug scripts, it pauses on this line: openerIsNotNetLedgerPage = (opener.showTimeout == null);
Then I get thrown the "opener Is Null" error.
So far I've only been able to replicate the error in Firefox's latest browser, by refreshing the page and either clearing the cache+cookies -and having to re-login- or refreshing and not clearing the cache+cookies.
Is this thrown because the page takes too long to load, as implied by the name of the file containing the error-ing script line- Timeouttimer.jsp? Is there any way to fix it?
