'My Account' <NLCUSTOMERCENTERURL> tag Causing Error Notice
I am having trouble with the Web Site Tag: "<NLCUSTOMERCENTERURL>" - which passes the 'My Account' link.
The problem we are experiencing is that when a logged-in user closes their browser, then opens up a new instance of it, then goes to click on the "My Account" link generated by the tag - a Netsuite Error screen appears with a notice saying: "Invalid Paramater sc - contains potentially unsafe characters".
Otherwise, when a user is logged in, does NOT close and re-open their broswer, and is NOT required to re-enter their password, clicking on the My Account link generated by this tag does NOT cause an error and works fine.
