Netsuite Matrix Items Problem (Web Stores)
Is anyone else having problems with Matrix items on your webstores?
By where, when a user signs in, orders a sub item of a matrix main item, ie with ours we have corporate uniforms for our shops, shirts come in say Large (C01L), Medium (C01M), Small (C01S), those codes are the sub items, the main matrix item, parent to those sub items is (C01) just as an example.
When a user adds one of those sub items in effect to their shopping cart, if they then log out (which I didnt firstly know Netsuite did this actually), it still keeps the item in the shopping cart, only it drops the sub item and reverts to the main matrix item ie with the example above C01, without the options selected in effect.
