Published KB Solutions Templates 2009.1
Wanted to post my findings with the 2 new KB template options in the 2009.1 release.
First open up the Web Site Content Manager. Next open "in edit mode" your Publish Knowledge Base topic, you will notice 2 new template boxes
- Topic/Category List Layout
- Solution/Item List Layout
Yes you can configure a custom layout using the Layout, Heading and Item tabs, but not using the "Use Templates" option (check box).
I hope this thread helps you avoid trying to figure out why your custom template is not working.
