State Dropdown in Webstore not working
Tried to enter a case online but form not working. Customer just called saying that they were trying to pick a state in the checkout process for the billing adress and the store kept asking the customer to enter a state. This prevented them from continuing with the order. I have the customers phone number so NS can call and we can troubleshoot (and fix) the problem as we are losing sales.
