Online order payments failing with SECpay
Hi,
We have had a big problem today with our online payment processing. Every payment has failed with the following error message:
Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed.
Reason: Pre-bank checks. CV2 security code mandatory and not supplied / invalid
Since the credit card has not been billed, you may want to verify the credit card information and try again. Sometimes the problem is temporary in nature and a second try will work.
It is also possible that the issuing bank of the credit card rejected the transaction. If you think that may be a possibility, please contact the bank.
