Firstname and Lastname field in webform compulsory

There are two fields to fill in the NAME field when an individual registers as a Lead or Customer. The Name field is currently compulsory however,
people can fill in one of the name fields (There are 3 entry fields) and it will still work. How do I make both boxes of the name fields compulsory?
