NetSuite Pros, Please help!

Hello,
I am new to Netsuite and need to design a webstore. I've been trying to follow the User Guide but its quite confusing.
I have an HTML+CSS template that I purchased from templatemonster.com, the one which can be used to design static websites. I have my entire website information and layout designed in that template.
However, from what I have understood, WSDK & Standard Sites are out of question as I neither want to externally link my website nor do I need the basic setup. That leaves me with 2 options:
1> Hosted Site
2> Combination Site

Please help me with my following questions:
