Custom Message in the MY ACCOUNT tab

I know how to set the Default welcome message for the customer center. However when a customer logs in via the web store, the message is not displaying. It only displays if someone logs in via Netsuite.com.

I just want to say, Welcome <NLFIRSTNAME>. Thank you for shopping with us!!!

This is probably something really simple but I can't seem to find the functionality.

In all other webstore tabs you can customize messages, but in MY ACCOUNT you can not.
