LivePerson Integration - nice idea but requires two licenses per user?
So we use LivePerson, and they advertise a really slick integration with NetSuite which you can see at:
http://solutions.liveperson.com/sb/flash/netsuitedemo.asp?utm_source=Attendee&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=CRMWebinar-June09
The only problem is, we cannot use it because the little mini-browser they fire up in their java console logs our employees out of their main browser instance of NetSuite (since you can only be logged in once per license).
It looks like the only solution is to buy two NetSuite licenses for each employee, something that is obviously out of the question.
Has anyone run into this before? Better yet, does anyone know of a solution that does not involve me doubling my annual expenditure on NetSuite just to make the most of a $99/month live chat service?
