Drop-down menus, horizontal.

Hello,

Is there a way to create an dynamic horizontal drop-down menu (maybe in the "Logo and tabs" area of the theme) that would list tabs, categories and sub-categories?

If it's not a feature in NetSuite and there is somebody that found an alternative way (using javascript, css, anything), could you please share it?

So far I've been using hardcoded drop-down menues, but it will be crucial to have a dynamic drop-down for the project I'm working on right now.
