image url's in database

When I export items I do not get the correct image url.

For instance, let's say I uploaded it as image.jpg
It now shows the image as:
http://mystorename/core/media/media.nl?id=23281&c=364154&h=6d5ab1fcc1ca3d534cf8

When I view the item online and click properties I see that under "alternate text it shows image.jpg

It's obvious this information is stored in my database in netsuite somewhere. But when I try and export this from a item search it's not listed as something I can extract. "alternate text" nor anything else that would give me image.jpg is there. How do I get that information? This is the image name that is uploaded under "Item Display Image " within an item.
