Customers cannot login
Hi everyone
Over the last 2/3 weeks we have had an influx of customers calling to say that they cannot login to their account (customer center). The first few we didn't worry too much and put it down to a small glitch somewhere, however after some 15 other customers reporting the same issue I just wanted to ask if anyone else was having the same problem.
We have tried to replicate the problem by logging in as a customer under numerous accounts and for us it works fine . We have tried different computers, OS and browsers and again for us all seems okay.
