Site Search not returning accurate results
I originally posted this in the "lame cache" thread because it's been explained to me in the past that this issue might be related to NS's caching system. However, Phillip suggested a start a new thread for it. Here's my previous (slightly edited) post...

I have updated an existing defect which has been open, in-progress for over a year now. Here is the text of my addition to this existing case. Basically, what happens is that an existing item suddenly stops responding to webstore searches. These items have:
- good, strong, search terms included in multiple, relevant, item fields,
- plenty of inventory,
