Receiving Duplicate Orders since last night
We have received at least 5 "duplicate Orders" since late last evening. As customers click on the submit in the review and submit screen, they are receiving an error message that the "page is under construction". Apparantly some click through again and that is when we get a "duplicate order". Others are abandoning the process completely. We have received confirmation of this from 2 different customers.
We are receiving other orders that don't seem to have any problems.
We use PayFlow Pro from PayPal and paymentech.
Is anyone else having these issues out there?
