I have tried going to our homepage via http:// and https:// - example: http://www.themedicalsupplydepot.com/ and https://www.themedicalsupplydepot.com/ and http:// works fine but https:// times out.

I tried many other non NetSuite and the homepage is accessible both via http:// and https://.

How do I make sure NetSuite will work with both?
