Multiple Webstores- Is it possible they did not see this coming

We just paid a bunch of money to add Multiple Webstores to our netsuite account.

We have the new site built- Which went very smoothly. Then came the time to build customer transaction forms for the new store that would share the name and theme of the new website. Here lies the huge oversite on netsuites part.

You can not assign a custom transaction forms specific to each site. Nor can you do order confirmation or fulfillment emails specific to each site. And on top of that from what i can tell you can not create a separate cart or customer center specific to each site. Which means you have to offer the same shipping for both sites. They will see all the same disclaimers ect.. as in our original site. Which just does not work in our situation.
