Adding new items - not appearing in webstore - Caching problem?
Per D.J.s request in the old caching thread, I will start a new Thread for Inventory items not appearing.
I added a new matrix item yesterday. Did not show up in my webstore.
I tried all the old tricks - Still no luck.
Filed Case: 958386.
Support suggested I clear cache, and restart computer and recheck item to make sure it is set up correctly ( everything was OK)
Matrix items finally appeared today about 24 hours after I turned it on.
Support then stated there is an open issue - 166236
We may be on New Caching scheme...but there is still a problem.
