WorldPay (UK) Card Processing Setup in Netsuite - A Guide
I have been flighting WorldPay/Streamline for months to get a setup that really works with Netsuite and have finally cracked it (I hope). Here are some pointers for any of you that are struggling.
First, a word of warning. These companies are totally incompetent. If you don't know exactly what you are doing and don't know their jargon it is virtually impossible to get anywhere. I don't know why, but they seem intent on stalling you at each stage with "Sorry, we can't...". Many times I have found myself saying "Look, I know you can, and I'm not moving until you do" and eventually persistence pays off.
