changing pics on website

I've inserted a new pic for an item, and in the NetSuite item record it displays the new pic.  On our website it's still the old pic - after cache cleaning, shutting down and restarting computer, and with 2 browsers.  I changed some words and the new words change instantly, but still the old photo.

I can't figure it unless NetSuite's servers handle pics different than words.  I await some advice, comments
