Yahoo vs. NetSuite store…or would you do it again?

We moved all our backend systems to NetSuite three months ago and paid a NetSuite recommend, certified partner to recreate our online Yahoo store on the NetSuite platform. However, now that the NetSuite store is supposedly complete and we have it running in parallel with the Yahoo Store, we are noticing big differences between the two.

Specifically, it appears the NS store is 3 - 6 times slower than our existing site even after dumbing down our images to half the size of the Yahoo store. It is also lacking matrix kit items, auto-suggested cross-sell items based on past sales, many SEO features, etc.
