Returning Customers Login Page

I have what I think is a basic enough question, LOL! I would like my returning customers Log In page to have a link under the Continue button that says: " New Customer? Register Here." My current setup has the 2 boxes for email and password, then says "click here if you've forgotten your password."
Where do I find this form to modify in netsuite? I have been looking everywhere. Thanks!
