Price list in customer center

Hi all,

I am trying to have customer center with price lists.  When I login as a customer I don't see any link to create a price list.

Where can this be customized ?  Do we need the advanced customization module for that, because we don't have it yet.

Additionally we'd like to customize the layout of the customer center.  Is there any place we can do this ?
